Found It!

I found the book!

More importantly, I found what I was hoping it'd have!

Wakaka!

Yes, it cost me a bomb but at times like these, the satisfaction is extremely overwhelming even the gaping hole in the pocket becomes invisible and is quickly forgotten. Nevermind if I've to eat grass, flowers and ants for the next 1 week. That's healthy detox and a natural slimming program, no?

Of course, when so much moolah is invested on such a property, I must not forget to thank the parties involved in one way or another.

Thank you, Mom and Dad for sending me for piano lessons instead of ballet. [To this day, I can never imagine myself twirling on tights, chiffon skirt and pointe shoes! xP]

Blog Suicide

Once again, I find myself contemplating blog suicide. It has happened twice, I'm not surprised if history chooses to repeat itself this time around. I just don't see the reason in having a blog when you cant even find time to do decent updates. (commercial: Click here to see I've been on blogger since when.)

But then my inner voice tells me to keep it, for only who knows when I need to rant and rave on just about anything. Plus, when there's nobody to listen to you... or rather, when you don't need anyone to. And yet you know you don't mind having anyone as audience for that matter. It's a winning method to channel your thoughts and expression into writing.

Que sera sera - my forte - so let it be I will!

It's funny what your job can do to you. From killing blogs to planting ass at home and to... making love. I mean, killing the mood to. Y'know, diminishing sex drive? Now now, no wrong ideas please.

Oh well. One's gotta make a living, no? And waddaheck, there's always foreplay.

Oops... did it again, didn't I. *bgeraimns* (okay, now that's a grin between a beam, can you imagine that look?)

TGIF!

Thank God it's Friday! Had a rough week. Patch-testing, application launches, tech issues one after another, on-calls and trainings. To rub salt to the wound, it's finally my turn to take the on-call this weekend. 16 hours both days. Ouch.

I can't be happier the weekend on-call pattern's only 2.5 months rotational. Plus, you have a choice to work from home. Something to look forward to. Ahhh, my bed... whenever I feel like it.
But what happens when you have sick, critical applications come crying to you? What happens when there's a Sev 2 trouble ticket in the queue demanding to be solved in an hour?

hmm..

For the first time ever, I cannot wait for Monday.

Then it's another week to go and...
